By submitting an order to Oyler Media Conversion, Customer declares and warrants that all materials provided for conversion are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indemnify and hold Oyler Media Conversion harmless to any claims by a third party that infringes upon Copyright law.

To the extent permitted by law, you hereby release Oyler Media Conversion from all liability associated with your use of the services and your receipt of digitized materials.
